Achievements: Provide support in the consolidation of different plants, negotiated union contracts, established policies, procedures and different systems, start up of the Queretaro plant, recruiting and hiring.

Implemented ISO14000.  As part of the management team effort and continuos improvement programs productivity increased from 33% to 96%, PPM’s reduced; delivery increased and quality improved.
