Manage two Manufacturing Plants in Juarez, Mexico and a Warehouse/Distribution with 600 non-union employees. Direct all plants activities to ensure timely execution of scheduling and manufacturing to meet customers’ product demand and delivery commitments (Plastic Injection, Assembly, Packaging, Sterilization, and Distribution). Optimize operations' intra-processes to meet financial and delivery goals identifying, prioritizing and complete top projects that could impact company business budget, AOP and objectives in a timely manner with full P&L responsibility for in-house customers. Change Agent: Over the last 24 months transformed a struggling business unit by using Kaizen principles that slashed hourly costs from $120 to $59, boosted on-time delivery from 72% to 97%, increased productivity metrics from 60% to 85% and reduced scrap from 13% to only 1.4%.
