Wire harness manufacturing for
the agricultural & heavy industry. Responsible for the total
operational performance of the plant with 650 employees and $30 MM
dollars in sales. In charge of materials, quality, engineering,
purchasing, finance and human resources.

productivity from 42% to 65% and saved floor space through the
implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques and the Stonebridge
Production System.

Reduced WIP by 50%
to 200,000 USD by leveling production scheduling.

Reduced raw
material inventory from 1.8 million USD to 1.4 million USD by
implementing line cycle counts and sending only material kits to the
line, rather than standard packs.

Increased inventory
